Limitless is responsible for deciding the purposes and means of processing personal information handled directly through the GGG platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information created through your use of the platform and limited technical information generated when you access GGG.

Information you may provide includes:

• name, email address, phone number and account details;
• login credentials and membership-access information;
• messages, forms, inquiries and support requests;
• information submitted through Request, Connect, Sponsor, Gift, Invest or similar Album actions;
• business, profile, project or promotional information submitted for a qualifying GGG feature;
• contact details and information you choose to provide when requesting a connection with a Host, profile, business or provider;
• preferences, saved selections and platform interactions;
• payment confirmation, transaction status and limited purchase metadata received from a payment processor.

Technical and usage information may include:

• device, browser and operating-system information;
• IP address, session information and security logs;
• pages, membership features and links used within GGG;
• cookie, local-storage or session-storage information;
• analytics information used to understand site performance and engagement.

Limitless does not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers through GGG when payment is processed by an independent payment processor.

How We Use Personal Information

Limitless may use personal information to:

• create, administer and protect accounts;
• determine membership access and available GGG features;
• provide requested platform functions, support and communications;
• respond to Request, Connect, Sponsor, Gift, Invest and other profile actions;
• facilitate a connection that you specifically ask us to make;
• administer membership purchases and payment confirmations;
• maintain platform security, prevent fraud and investigate misuse;
• improve GGG, its membership experience and platform performance;
• comply with legal, accounting, tax, contractual or security obligations;
• send service, account, membership, payment and security messages;
• send optional promotional email where you have given the required authorization.

Profile Actions, Hosts and Third-Party Connections

The Digital Panini Album and other GGG features may allow you to select a profile or use an action such as Request, Connect, Sponsor, Gift or Invest. When you intentionally submit such an action, Limitless may share the information reasonably necessary to process that request with the selected profile, Host, business, provider or entity responsible for the relevant pathway.

The information shared may include your name, email address, phone number, selected profile, type of request and the details you voluntarily submit. We do not share information merely because a profile appears on GGG; sharing occurs when you choose to continue through the relevant request or connection pathway, or where another lawful basis applies.

Bliss Travel and Separate Allied Pathways

Bliss Travel is a GGG membership experience that may allow members to discover destinations, guides, Local Services, saved selections and travel-related content. Limitless may use information such as saved preferences and platform interactions to operate that GGG experience.

Where a qualifying member chooses to continue into Bliss Private Access, Bliss Reservations, another external provider or another separate allied pathway, the transaction and its data processing are governed by the entity actually providing that separate service. Limitless will share only the information reasonably necessary for the connection you request.

Payment Information

Memberships, access products or other GGG purchases may use independent payment processors. Those processors may collect payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention and transaction information directly under their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitless may receive limited information from the processor, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifier, billing name, membership status or customer reference, to administer the relevant GGG purchase. We do not use payment information for purposes unrelated to the transaction unless permitted by law.

Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

GGG may use cookies, browser local storage, session storage, analytics tools and similar technologies. These tools may help us keep users signed in, remember preferences, preserve selected features, maintain membership access, protect the platform, understand site performance and improve the user experience.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect login, saved preferences, membership access or other GGG features. Where consent is required for a non-essential technology, Limitless will request it through the applicable consent mechanism.

GGG may use Google services, including Google Maps or similar tools, where those services are enabled on the platform. Google’s processing is governed by its own applicable policies.

When We Share Information

Limitless may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:

• technology, hosting, authentication, email and support providers;
• payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
• analytics, security and platform-performance providers;
• a selected Host, profile, business or provider after you request a connection;
• professional advisers, auditors or insurers where reasonably necessary;
• governmental, regulatory or legal authorities when required by law;
• a successor entity in connection with a lawful merger, restructuring or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

Limitless does not sell personal information merely because you create a GGG account or use the platform.

International Processing

Some technology, hosting, analytics, email, payment or security providers may process information outside Colombia. Where international transmission or transfer occurs, Limitless will handle it in accordance with applicable Colombian personal-data requirements and the safeguards appropriate to the relevant relationship.

Security and Retention

Limitless uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication measures, restricted administrative access, security monitoring and service-provider protections where appropriate.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and memberships, provide a requested feature, maintain required records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Information may then be deleted, anonymized or securely archived as permitted by law.

Your Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law, including Colombia’s personal-data framework, you may have the right to know, access, update, correct, request proof of authorization, request information about the use of your personal data, revoke authorization where permitted, request deletion where legally appropriate and submit a complaint concerning the processing of your information.

Please identify yourself, describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant account or interaction. Limitless may request identity verification before releasing, changing or deleting information. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Marketing Email

Limitless may send promotional email only where permitted by law and where the required authorization has been obtained. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing email at any time through the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Limitless from sending necessary account, membership, payment, security, legal or service-related communications.

Children and Minors

GGG is not intended to collect or use a minor’s personal information in violation of applicable law. Where a feature involves a minor or information about a minor, the required parent, guardian or other lawful authorization must be obtained before the information is submitted or processed.

Changes to This Policy

Limitless may update this policy when the platform, membership system, data practices, technology providers or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Where a material change requires notice or renewed authorization, Limitless will provide it through the appropriate channel.

Limitless and Gods Galaxy Game

Limitless is the main company behind the ecosystem. It creates the marketing, gifting, Business Growth, commercial-connection and qualifying business-brokerage pathways available through GGG.

Gods Galaxy Game is the digital membership platform operated by Limitless. It organizes member access through progressive levels; it is not a separate company from Limitless.

The GGG Membership Experience

A member’s active account, membership level, displayed eligibility and applicable checkout terms determine the features available to that member. GGG may include the following connected levels:

• Level 1: Astro Travel Recommendations and initial discovery;
• Level 2: Bliss Travel, Travel Intelligence, Current Journey, Family Journey and Local Services;
• Level 3: premium destination guides, locations and qualifying experiences;
• Level 4: Personal Evolution;
• Level 5: Discounts and Gift;
• Level 6: Digital Panini Album and Business Growth;
• Level 7: qualifying Real Estate discovery pathways;
• Level 8: qualifying Fractional Ownership and Private Access alliance pathways.

Accounts and Membership Access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, share, rent or misuse your account, or attempt to bypass a membership level or access control.

Limitless may make reasonable changes to membership levels, names, features, access methods and visual design as GGG develops. A material change to a paid membership will be handled in accordance with the applicable checkout terms and mandatory law.

Payments, Renewals and Refunds

Where Limitless charges for a membership, digital-access feature or other stated Limitless product, the applicable price, currency, payment timing and material conditions will be shown before payment. If a product renews automatically, that renewal will be identified at checkout; a one-time purchase does not create a recurring charge unless clearly stated.

Payment processing may be performed by an independent payment processor. Refund, cancellation and modification rights for a Limitless purchase are governed by the conditions presented at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

A payment to Limitless for GGG access is separate from any later payment you may choose to make to a Host, profile, provider, business, real-estate professional, Bliss Private Access company or other independent party.

Bliss Travel, Discounts and Gift

Bliss Travel is a GGG membership experience. It may help members discover destinations, guides, experiences, Local Services and travel-related content, and may allow members to save selections to a Current Journey or Family Journey. Saved selections and displayed recommendations are not confirmed services or reservations.

Discounts and Gift may display offers, coupon routes, gifts, participating businesses and external links. The applicable Host or provider—not Limitless—is responsible for its product or service, availability, eligibility rules, price, fulfillment, cancellation and refund policy unless Limitless expressly identifies itself as the provider for a particular product.

An offer, Gift or saved Journey item may change, expire or become unavailable. A selection, click or request does not itself guarantee availability, price, redemption, delivery or acceptance.

Digital Panini Album and Profile Actions

The Digital Panini Album may display Artists, Athletes, Entrepreneurs, businesses, projects and selected Hosts. Limitless may provide those profiles with marketing exposure, visibility, Business Growth and qualifying connection pathways.

A profile may activate Request, Connect, Gift, Sponsor or Invest. Each action opens only the profile-specific pathway that is available at that time:

• Request may begin an inquiry regarding a service, appearance, collaboration, product or project;
• Connect may direct you to an available independent contact route;
• Gift may open a qualifying gift or support route;
• Sponsor may open available support for a dream, event, story, project or movement;
• Invest may allow you to request information about a qualifying opportunity.

A profile, action, message, request or connection does not itself create a contract, booking, endorsement, employment relationship, ownership right, investment, sponsorship obligation or obligation for either party to proceed.

Sponsorship, Investment Interest and Business Brokerage

Sponsor pathways may include support for a Life Film, City Stage, Create Event, Global Movement or Custom Request where available. Support labels and displayed amounts describe possible participation only; the applicable written sponsorship terms control any accepted sponsorship.

“Invest,” Dream Engine and similar language is an information and connection pathway—not investment advice, a public securities offering, a recommendation, a valuation or a promise of return. Limitless does not operate GGG as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, securities exchange, investment fund or guarantor of an opportunity.

Limitless may also provide qualifying business-brokerage and commercial-introduction pathways for business sales, acquisitions, growth, partnerships, sponsorships, licensing, franchising or city activations. A business profile or conversation does not mean that a business is for sale, that Limitless can bind a party or that any transaction will occur. Any mandate, fee, confidentiality duty, diligence process or final transaction requires its own written agreement.

Independent Hosts, Providers and Allied Pathways

GGG may display or link to independent Hosts, providers, businesses, profiles, payment pages, maps, social-media channels, websites and other external services. A displayed party remains responsible for its own information, services, personnel, safety, licenses, prices, availability, taxes, fulfillment and legal compliance.

A qualifying GGG member may also be connected to Bliss Private Access, Bliss Reservations or another separate specialized provider. That connection does not mean Limitless or GGG created, owns or operates that separate company or its services. Its own terms, privacy policy and transaction documents govern the separate service.

Your Information, Content and Conduct

You may not use GGG to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, infringe another person’s rights, harass users or providers, misuse payment routes, interfere with platform security, collect data without authority, distribute malicious code or violate applicable law.

If you submit a profile, business description, image, logo, video, message, review, story, request or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You retain ownership of content you legally own, but grant Limitless a non-exclusive license to host, format, display and use it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant GGG feature.

Limitless may remove, restrict or decline content or access that appears fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, unsafe or inconsistent with these Terms.

Platform Availability and Limits

GGG is provided on an “as available” basis. Limitless may update, maintain, reorganize, suspend or discontinue a feature, profile, offer, membership pathway or external link where reasonably necessary for operations, security, law, maintenance or platform development.

Limitless does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, availability, performance, profitability or outcome of an independent provider, Host, profile, business, opportunity, external website or transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow Limitless to exclude.

Privacy and Intellectual Property

Your use of GGG is also governed by the Limitless / Gods Galaxy Game Privacy Policy & Personal Data Treatment Policy.

Limitless and Gods Galaxy Game branding, designs, visual systems, game mechanics, software, graphics, layouts, text and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer or misuse protected platform materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Changes, Governing Law and Contact

Limitless may update these Terms when GGG, its membership system, technology, products, business relationships or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Where a material change requires notice, Limitless will provide it through an appropriate channel.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Limitless and GGG in Colombia, except where mandatory consumer, privacy or other applicable law provides otherwise.

The Digital Panini Album

The Album may display Artists, Athletes, Entrepreneurs, founders, brands, businesses, projects, initiatives, events and other qualifying profiles. A displayed profile may include a story, biography, work, project description, business information, contact route, promotional material, supporter route or another selected action.

Inclusion in the Album is a marketing and visibility placement. It does not mean that Limitless owns, manages, employs, represents exclusively, endorses or guarantees the profile, its statements, its availability, its business, its project or its results unless Limitless expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Available Profile Actions

A profile may activate one or more of the following actions: Request, Connect, Invest, Sponsor and, where available, Gift. The actions shown on a profile depend on the information and pathways made available for that specific profile.

Request

“Request” may allow a member to ask about a service, appearance, collaboration, performance, product, project, business service, custom opportunity or other profile-specific offering. A request may be delivered through a form, a saved contact route or another qualifying process.

A Request does not guarantee that the profile will respond, accept the request, be available, agree to the proposed terms, provide the service or complete a transaction. Any scope of work, date, price, payment, cancellation rule, deliverable or other condition must be confirmed separately by the applicable parties.

Connect

“Connect” may direct a member to a profile’s available website, social channel, WhatsApp, email, inquiry form or other contact route. The purpose of Connect is to allow an independent conversation between the member and the profile or business.

Once a member continues through an external contact route, the communication and any resulting relationship are between the parties involved. Limitless does not control external websites, messaging services, social platforms, profile communications, negotiations or separate transactions.

Gift

Where a profile provides a Gift route, a member may be able to select, request or continue toward a gift experience, service, item, contribution or profile-related offering. A Gift route may be connected to a profile, a participating Host, a business or another provider.

A displayed Gift is subject to the applicable provider’s availability, confirmation, price, payment method, redemption rules, restrictions, expiration terms and acceptance. A Gift selection does not itself guarantee availability, delivery, redemption or provider acceptance.

Sponsor a Dream

“Sponsor” may allow a member, brand, business or supporter to explore available support for a person, dream, project, event, story or movement. Depending on the profile, sponsorship may include pathways such as Life Film, City Stage, Create Event, Global Movement or a Custom Request.

Available support levels may be identified as Support, Power, Sponsor or another profile-specific level. These labels describe possible sponsorship participation only. They do not automatically create advertising rights, ownership, equity, exclusivity, guaranteed exposure, a tax deduction, audience results, content delivery or commercial return.

If a sponsorship proceeds, its amount, deliverables, timing, recognition, content rights, cancellation terms and responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable sponsorship agreement or written confirmation.

Invest & Qualifying Ownership Interest

“Invest,” Dream Engine, Local Investments or similar wording is an information and connection pathway only. It allows a user to express interest in learning more about a qualifying business, project, ownership, real-estate, fractional or other opportunity.

It is not a public securities offering, solicitation, recommendation, valuation, promise of return, financial advice or invitation to invest. Limitless and Gods Galaxy Game do not act through the Album as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, securities issuer, investment manager, escrow agent or guarantor of any opportunity.

Any actual investment, ownership, acquisition, fractional arrangement, real-estate transaction or other financial participation may proceed only after the applicable parties complete their own independent review and sign the separate documents required for that specific opportunity.

Business Growth & Business Brokerage

Limitless may work directly with selected business owners, founders, brands, creators, operators and Hosts to provide marketing, profile placement, promotional exposure, business visibility, commercial introductions and Business Growth pathways through Gods Galaxy Game.

In qualifying situations, Limitless may also facilitate business-brokerage or commercial-introduction discussions involving potential business sales, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, growth opportunities, licensing, franchise, city activation, management or other negotiated commercial arrangements.

A profile, conversation, connection or expression of interest does not mean that a business is for sale, that an opportunity is open to every user, that Limitless has authority to bind a party, or that a buyer, seller, investor, partner or transaction will be accepted. Any mandate, brokerage fee, success fee, exclusivity, confidentiality duty, diligence process or final transaction must be governed by its own written agreement.

Profile Information & Independent Decisions

Profile information, stories, images, business descriptions, opportunity summaries, links, availability statements and promotional materials may be provided by the applicable profile, Host, business or other third party. They are displayed for discovery and promotional purposes and may change, expire or be removed.

Users are responsible for independently verifying any information that matters to their decision, including identity, credentials, ownership, authority, pricing, availability, business condition, project status, legal structure, intellectual-property rights and transaction terms.

Confidential Opportunity Access

Certain opportunities may require approval, identity verification, qualification review, a signed mandate, a confidentiality agreement or another private-access condition before detailed information is released. Limitless may restrict, delay, remove or decline access to an opportunity at its discretion.

Any confidential information shared through a qualifying pathway may be used only to evaluate that specific opportunity. It may not be copied, distributed, publicly discussed, used competitively or relied upon outside the applicable confidentiality terms.

Separate Agreements Control

The Album can create discovery, visibility and connection. A separate transaction begins only if the applicable parties choose to continue and enter the documents required for that transaction.

Depending on the opportunity, this may include a service agreement, sponsorship agreement, business brokerage agreement, confidentiality agreement, acquisition agreement, investment documentation, licensing agreement, franchise agreement, real-estate documentation or another transaction-specific contract. Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls the specific transaction.
