The agreements allow participating companies to present, display and promote ENP-approved properties and projects while ENP handles the resulting permanent real-estate service and transaction.
The connected marketing is performed without charge between the participating companies. Displaying an ENP property or directing an interested customer to ENP does not by itself create a marketing fee, referral fee, commission, revenue share or ownership interest.
From Interest to Closing
Marketing creates discovery. ENP creates and coordinates the accepted real-estate pathway.
The customer discovers the property directly through ENP or through an approved connected placement.
The customer requests information and is connected to ENP.

Open Each Section
These disclosures explain what each connected pathway does and what still requires a separate real-estate transaction.
What permanent ownership means
Permanent ownership is the purchase of real property under the deed, title, registration and contractual process applicable to the property and jurisdiction.
It is separate from a vacation-use product, property time, fractional participation, reservation, City Card benefit or membership level unless the controlling transaction documents expressly provide otherwise.
What ENP Invest handles
ENP Invest handles qualifying real-estate acquisition pathways involving residential investment property, income-producing property, commercial property, development property, land, new construction and other real-property opportunities.
Company shares, securities, crowdfunding, business equity and other non-property investments are not treated as ENP real-estate transactions merely because the project is connected with property.
What connected marketing does not create
Displaying a property, entering a membership level, selecting Invest, opening the Property Ownership pathway or submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a brokerage relationship, reservation, purchase agreement, lease, investment or ownership right.
Those rights arise through the agreements and transaction documents applicable to the particular property.
How property information is handled
Property information may be provided by an owner, developer, listing brokerage, cooperating brokerage or another authorized source. Price, availability, measurements, features, projected income and other information may change and remain subject to verification.
ENP supplies or approves the information used in connected property presentations and coordinates updates when the information changes.

Open Each Explanation
The following rules explain how the responsible company is identified for each service and transaction.
Which ENP company handles the transaction?
The property location, requested service, brokerage relationship and transaction documents determine which ENP company, brokerage and professionals handle the matter.
Florida and Colombia transactions do not become the responsibility of the same legal entity merely because both are presented under the ENP Luxury Homes brand.
Does connected marketing merge the companies?
No. A connected page, customer pathway, property display, referral, technology connection or marketing collaboration does not merge ENP, Bliss Promotor, participating Bliss companies, Luxus or Limitless into one legal entity.
Each company remains responsible for the functions assigned to it under the established relationship.
Who is responsible for property information?
Property information may originate from an owner, seller, developer, listing brokerage, cooperating brokerage, public record or another authorized source.
ENP supplies or approves information used in connected presentations, but material property information remains subject to verification through current property and transaction records.
Who handles professional transaction services?
Lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, insurers, title companies, closing agents, notaries, contractors, property managers and other independent professionals remain responsible for their own services, reports and decisions.
A connection or introduction through ENP does not transfer the independent provider's professional responsibility to ENP or another participating company.
How are properties in other markets handled?
When a property is outside a market directly handled by the receiving ENP company, the matter is coordinated with the applicable owner, developer, listing brokerage, referral brokerage or qualified local professional.
The responsible parties and governing documents are identified for the individual property and transaction.
ENP connects permanent real-estate opportunities across Florida, Colombia and participating marketing environments. The applicable ENP company, brokerage and professionals handle the accepted property transaction, while every connected company and provider remains responsible for its assigned role.
Real Estate Services
ENP Luxury Homes provides permanent real-estate services for buyers, sellers, renters, property owners, developers and real-estate investors. The service begins by identifying the property, customer objective and applicable market, and continues through the real-estate process accepted by ENP.

The property may receive ENP-approved exposure through direct and connected-company marketing pathways.

Equal Housing Opportunity
ENP Luxury Homes supports Equal Housing Opportunity and provides real-estate services without unlawful discrimination as required by applicable law.
Before a Transaction Begins
Open each section to understand how ENP services become part of a real-estate transaction.
Does submitting an inquiry hire ENP?
No. Sending an inquiry allows ENP to review and respond to the request. It does not by itself create a brokerage relationship, listing agreement, buyer agreement, reservation, lease, purchase contract or other binding transaction.
The applicable relationship is established through the disclosures and written agreements required for the service, property and jurisdiction.
Can ENP market a seller's property through connected companies?
Yes. When the property has been accepted and the necessary authority exists, ENP-approved property information may be presented through direct ENP marketing and through the connected marketing pathways established with participating companies.
This can introduce the property to customers who originally entered through vacation-use, membership, entertainment, profile, project or technology experiences but want to explore permanent property ownership.
Does connected marketing make every company a broker?
No. Marketing visibility, technology support and customer connection do not by themselves make Bliss, Limitless, Luxus or another participating company the real-estate broker or transaction provider.
ENP handles the accepted permanent real-estate pathway. Each connected company remains responsible for the separate program, platform, marketing or technology service it performs.
What does ENP Invest include?
ENP Invest includes qualifying real-property acquisition services involving residences, rental property, commercial property, land, development property, new construction and other accepted real-estate opportunities.
It does not convert company shares, business ownership, securities, crowdfunding or other non-property investments into an ENP real-estate transaction.
Are prices, returns or closing results guaranteed?
No. Property availability, price, condition, measurements, completion dates, financing, rental eligibility, projected income, occupancy, appreciation and closing schedules may change and require current verification.
ENP does not guarantee financing approval, rental income, appreciation, investment performance, contract acceptance or successful closing.
How are Florida, Colombia and other markets handled?
ENP Luxury Homes LLC handles applicable Florida services through the brokerage structure and licensed professionals assigned to the transaction.
ENP Luxury Homes S.A.S. handles applicable Colombian services through the company, contracts and professionals assigned to the transaction.
Properties in other jurisdictions may be coordinated with authorized developers, property owners, listing providers, referral partners or qualified local professionals.
Does ENP replace legal, tax or financial advice?
No. Customers should use qualified attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, lenders, inspectors, appraisers and other specialists for advice or services outside the real-estate work accepted by ENP.
Whether the customer wants to buy, sell, rent, relocate, acquire investment property or participate in an approved development transaction, ENP identifies the applicable real-estate service and coordinates the accepted property pathway with the companies and professionals responsible for each part.
Transactions and Disclosures
Property marketing and discovery can begin through ENP or an approved connected-company pathway. A real-estate transaction, however, proceeds through the applicable ENP company, brokerage structure, written agreements, property documents and qualified transaction professionals.
From Discovery to Closing
Every accepted transaction moves through property-specific documents, review periods and professional services.
The customer discovers a property directly through ENP or through an approved connected marketing placement.
ENP reviews the property, customer objective, jurisdiction and applicable real-estate service.
The applicable disclosures, brokerage documents, offer or property agreement are prepared and reviewed.
Financing, inspection, title, legal, property and other transaction conditions are evaluated.
The responsible parties complete the required closing, registration, possession or property-transfer process.
Understand Each Part
Select a transaction area to see what controls that part of the real-estate process.
Brokerage Relationships and Compensation
The relationship between the customer, the property and the real-estate professionals involved is determined by the disclosures and written agreements applicable to the service and jurisdiction.
Representation, transaction-brokerage duties, agency duties or other permitted relationships are determined by the documents applicable to that transaction.
The written agreement identifies the property or search, services, duration, duties and other applicable terms.
Brokerage compensation, commissions or transaction fees are determined by the applicable agreements and disclosures, not merely by viewing a property online.
Property Information and Verification
Property information may come from owners, developers, listing providers, cooperating professionals, public records, associations or other authorized sources. It may change and must be verified for the specific transaction.
A property, unit, price, incentive or development phase may change, become unavailable or be withdrawn without creating a right to purchase it.
Measurements, boundaries, condition, improvements, construction details, zoning and permitted uses require current verification.
Taxes, assessments, association charges, rental figures, operating costs and projected returns may change and should be independently evaluated.
Offers, Deposits and Contracts
A website inquiry or property request is not an offer, acceptance, reservation or contract. The parties obtain enforceable rights only as provided by applicable law and the transaction documents they execute.
Price, deposits, financing, review periods, closing date, included property and other terms must be stated in the applicable written offer or contract.
A property display, conversation, message or preliminary discussion does not require an owner, developer or buyer to accept a proposed transaction.
Required deposits, deadlines, escrow instructions, refund rights and possible defaults are governed by the applicable documents and law.
Financing and Due Diligence
Buyers and investors are responsible for reviewing the property, documents, financing and intended use within the periods provided by the applicable transaction documents.
Qualified professionals should evaluate the structure, systems, environmental matters, repairs and other property conditions important to the customer.
Loan approval, appraisal, interest rate, insurance and lender conditions are controlled by the lender and financing documents.
Attorneys, accountants, tax advisors and other qualified professionals should evaluate matters outside ENP's accepted real-estate services.
Closing, Registration and Property Transfer
Closing requirements depend on the property, agreement, financing and jurisdiction. ENP coordinates the accepted real-estate process while the responsible professionals perform their separate legal, title, notarial, lending and settlement functions.
The applicable title, legal, notarial or registry process determines ownership documentation, recorded interests, liens and transfer requirements.
Deposits, purchase funds and closing payments must follow verified instructions from the responsible escrow, settlement, title, legal or notarial provider.
Ownership, possession or other property rights arise through the applicable executed and completed transfer documents, not through a digital property presentation.
Where the customer discovered the property does not change who handles the transaction.
A customer may reach ENP directly, through a Bliss Property Ownership pathway or through a qualifying real-estate project presented within a Limitless experience. Once the customer requests permanent real-estate assistance, the transaction is reviewed and handled through ENP and the professionals assigned to that property and jurisdiction.
Who Is Responsible?
ENP coordinates its accepted real-estate service. Each participant remains responsible for its own work and decisions.
ENP Luxury Homes
Handles the accepted brokerage service, property inquiry, negotiations and real-estate transaction coordination within the applicable company and market structure.
Owner or Developer
Remains responsible for its ownership authority, supplied property information, required disclosures, construction and contractual obligations.
Lender
Determines loan eligibility, underwriting, appraisal requirements, financing conditions, rates, costs and final approval.

Florida, Colombia and Other Markets
The property location and transaction documents determine the applicable process.
How are Florida transactions handled?

How are Colombian transactions handled?
ENP Luxury Homes S.A.S. handles applicable Colombian activities through the company, agreements and professionals assigned to the property transaction.
Depending on the transaction, the process may include property records, certificates, a promesa de compraventa, escritura publica, notarial steps, payment requirements and registration with the applicable public registry.
The documents prepared for the particular Colombian property control over this general explanation.
How are properties in other markets handled?
ENP may coordinate with the applicable owner, developer, listing brokerage, cooperating brokerage, referral partner or qualified local professional when a property is located outside a jurisdiction directly served by an ENP company.
The company or professional identified in the applicable agreement or transaction documents is responsible for the local real-estate service it performs.
Does a connected company become a party to the transaction?
Not solely because it displayed the property, supplied technology or connected the customer to ENP. Bliss, Limitless, Luxus and other participating companies remain separate companies performing their assigned functions.
A company becomes a contractual party only when it is expressly identified as a party in the controlling transaction documents.
Are property availability and closing guaranteed?
No. Property availability, seller acceptance, financing, appraisal, inspection results, title condition, regulatory approval, construction completion and closing depend on property-specific circumstances and third-party actions.
ENP does not guarantee that an inquiry, showing, offer, reservation request or negotiation will result in a completed transaction.
Are rental income or investment results guaranteed?
No. Rental estimates, occupancy discussions, projected expenses, appreciation and return calculations are preliminary information only unless expressly stated otherwise in controlling documents.
Customers should independently review financial assumptions, taxes, expenses, regulations, rental restrictions and investment risks with qualified professionals.
Does this page replace transaction documents or professional advice?
No. This page explains the general ENP transaction structure. It does not replace a brokerage agreement, property contract, lease, title review, developer document, disclosure, financing document, closing document or other property-specific agreement.
It also does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financing, inspection, engineering or other independent professional advice.
Customers should independently verify wiring, deposit and payment instructions with the responsible title company, attorney, notary, escrow provider, developer or closing professional using a trusted telephone number before sending funds. ENP does not ask customers to rely only on an unexpected email, message or changed payment instruction.
ENP coordinates the accepted permanent real-estate pathway. Property rights, representation, compensation, deposits, deadlines, contingencies, closing obligations and ownership are determined by the documents and law applicable to the particular property and transaction.

What happens when a customer comes from Gods Galaxy Game?
Information processed within Gods Galaxy Game or another Limitless experience remains subject to the applicable Limitless and GGG privacy terms while it is processed there.
When the customer requests permanent real-estate assistance and qualifying information is transferred to ENP, the responsible ENP company may also process that information for the real-estate request and transaction.

When the customer chooses the separate Property Ownership pathway, the information needed to respond to that permanent real-estate request may be directed to ENP.
Does ENP sell personal information?
ENP does not treat the transfer of customer information for an authorized property request, service-provider function or real-estate transaction as a sale of personal information.
ENP does not provide unlimited customer information to connected companies simply because those companies participate in the established collaboration system.
How are telephone, email and WhatsApp communications handled?
ENP may use the contact method supplied by the customer to answer an inquiry, provide property information, schedule services or coordinate an accepted transaction.

Users must not knowingly submit false property, ownership, identity, financial-readiness or contact information.
By submitting contact information, the user authorizes ENP to respond through the supplied telephone, email, WhatsApp or other selected communication method.
No Automatic Brokerage Relationship
Website use, messages, property discovery and preliminary conversations do not automatically create a brokerage, agency, transaction-brokerage, fiduciary, listing, buyer, rental or investment relationship.
Submitting an inquiry allows ENP to review and respond. It does not automatically appoint ENP or another person as the user's representative.
Representation, brokerage duties and permitted relationships are established through the documents and law applicable to the service and jurisdiction.
Commissions, transaction fees or other compensation are determined by applicable agreements and disclosures, not merely by the customer's use of an ENP page.
Property Information and Availability
Property information is provided for discovery and general evaluation. It may come from owners, developers, listing sources, cooperating professionals, public records or other authorized sources.
A property, unit, price, development phase, incentive or service may be changed, reserved, sold, leased, withdrawn or otherwise become unavailable.
Measurements, photographs, features, condition, construction information, zoning, taxes and association information require current verification.
Rental estimates, occupancy, expenses, appreciation, resale value and investment discussions are not guarantees of performance.
Connected Companies and Independent Providers
ENP operates within an established connected-company system while remaining legally separate from Bliss, Limitless, Luxus and the independent professionals involved in a transaction.
Participating companies may display ENP-approved property information or direct an interested customer to the ENP real-estate pathway.
A collaboration agreement, digital connection or approved property placement does not merge the companies or make one company responsible for every service performed by another.
Lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, title companies, notaries, developers and other providers remain responsible for their own services and decisions.
Content Ownership and Use Restrictions
ENP pages may contain company names, property presentations, layouts, graphics, written materials, photographs, data and other content owned by ENP, licensed to ENP or supplied by authorized sources.
Users may review the pages for legitimate personal, business or property-related purposes and may contact ENP about an available service.
Users may not reproduce, republish, sell, alter or commercially exploit protected ENP content without the required authorization.
Users may not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use the pages for fraud or unlawful activity.
Property-specific documents control the real-estate transaction.
These website Terms govern use of the ENP pages. They do not replace or rewrite a signed brokerage agreement, property contract, lease, development agreement, closing document or other transaction-specific instrument.
What ENP Pages Do Not Guarantee
Website access and property discovery cannot guarantee the decisions or performance of other parties.
Property Availability
A displayed property, unit, price, incentive or appointment may change or become unavailable.
Offer Acceptance
An owner, developer, buyer or other party is not required to accept a proposal because it was submitted through ENP.
Financing Approval
Loan qualification, appraisal, insurance and final financing decisions remain subject to the lender and other providers.
Property Condition
Digital presentations do not replace inspections, engineering, title, survey or other independent property review.
Investment Performance
Rental income, occupancy, resale value, appreciation and other financial results are not guaranteed.
Closing Outcome
An inquiry, showing, offer or negotiation does not guarantee that the transaction will close.
Open Each Section
These sections explain additional rules for electronic communication, third-party services and legal responsibility.
Electronic communications and signatures
ENP may communicate through email, telephone, text, WhatsApp, website forms, document platforms or other electronic methods selected or accepted by the customer.
When electronic signatures or records are used, their legal effect depends on the applicable law, the document platform and the parties' authorization. A website button is not an electronic signature unless the applicable process clearly identifies it as one.
External websites and third-party services
ENP pages may connect users to external listing services, maps, lenders, title providers, developers, attorneys, inspectors, payment providers or other independent sites and services.
Those external sites and providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices, professional obligations and security procedures. ENP does not control every external system or service.
Website availability and changes
ENP may update, correct, suspend, restrict or remove a page, property, service, feature or connection pathway when reasonably necessary.
ENP does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability or compatibility with every device, browser or network.
Disclaimer of website warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ENP pages and general website information are provided on an available basis without a guarantee that every item will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free from error.
This disclaimer does not eliminate duties that cannot legally be excluded and does not replace obligations expressly accepted by ENP in a signed agreement.
Limitation of website-related responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each company and independent provider is responsible for the service, content, decision or obligation it performs or accepts.
ENP is not responsible merely because a connected company or independent provider fails to perform its separate platform, technology, lending, legal, inspection, development, title or closing obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits duties expressly accepted in controlling transaction documents.
Governing documents and applicable law
General use of an ENP page is governed by these Terms and the law applicable to the responsible ENP company and activity.
A property transaction is governed by its own agreements, the location of the property, the parties involved and the law identified by or applicable to those documents.
Changes to these Terms
ENP may update these Terms when its pages, services, connected pathways or applicable requirements change. The current version displayed through the ENP legal center applies to continued website use from its stated effective or updated date.
Updated website Terms do not retroactively rewrite a separate signed transaction agreement unless that agreement and applicable law allow the change.
Severability and no waiver
If a provision of these Terms cannot be enforced as written, it may be limited to the extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a website-use provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Verify Every Request for Money or Sensitive Information
Never rely only on an unexpected email, message or changed wiring instruction. Independently confirm deposits, payment instructions and requests for sensitive documents with the responsible title company, attorney, notary, escrow provider, developer, lender or closing professional using trusted contact information.
ENP pages provide property discovery, information and a way to request assistance. The accepted real-estate relationship, services, compensation, property rights and transaction obligations are established by the documents applicable to the specific property, company, customer and jurisdiction.

What to Include
These details help ENP locate the correct records and understand the request.
Before Sending Your Request
Open each section for additional information about claims, deadlines and transaction security.
Does contacting ENP create a legal claim or lawsuit?
Contacting ENP allows the company to receive and review the matter. It does not by itself begin a lawsuit, arbitration, administrative proceeding or other formal legal process.
Legal rights, required notices, filing deadlines and dispute procedures are determined by applicable law and the controlling transaction documents.
Does sending a message extend a contract deadline?
No. Sending a message or waiting for a response does not automatically extend an inspection period, deposit deadline, financing period, closing date, notice period or other contractual requirement.
Any extension or modification must be handled in the manner required by the applicable documents and law.
How are independent-provider concerns handled?
ENP may help identify or contact the lender, inspector, appraiser, attorney, title provider, notary, developer, contractor or other professional involved in the matter.
Each independent provider remains responsible for its own services, reports, decisions, funds and professional obligations.
How are connected-company concerns handled?
ENP handles concerns involving the permanent real-estate service it performs. A concern involving a separate Bliss, Limitless, Gods Galaxy Game or Luxus service may be routed to the company responsible for that service.
Routing the request does not transfer the underlying company's legal responsibility to ENP Luxury Homes LLC.
Should sensitive financial information be emailed?
Do not send passwords, complete banking credentials, full Social Security numbers or unverified wire instructions through an ordinary email, website form or WhatsApp message.
Ask Nancy or the responsible transaction professional for the appropriate secure method when sensitive information is required.
What if immediate safety or criminal activity is involved?
The ENP contact process is not an emergency service. Anyone facing an immediate threat to personal safety should contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
Suspected fraud, identity theft or unauthorized financial activity should also be reported promptly to the relevant bank, payment provider or other responsible institution.
Verify Every Payment Instruction by Telephone
Before sending a deposit, wire transfer or closing funds, independently call the responsible title company, attorney, notary, escrow provider, lender, developer or closing professional using trusted contact information. Do not rely only on an unexpected email, message or changed payment instruction.
ENP Luxury Homes LLC receives property requests, transaction questions, privacy matters, complaints and claims through Nancy Snyder at +1 321 945 2434 or nancyrealtor18@gmail.com. ENP reviews the request and coordinates the appropriate real-estate response or responsible-party connection.
