Bliss Reservations handles eligible individual accommodation reservations and approved member rental inventory.
The identified hotel, host, operator, restaurant, health provider or other participating provider performs the underlying service.

Accommodation / Property Time
If the product is a contractual vacation-use right, Bliss Promotor S.A.S. handles the vacation-right transaction. Luxus records and displays the resulting entitlement.
Air Time
The participating air provider performs the service. Bliss Reservations may coordinate the individual reservation. Luxus records and displays the eligible time.
Aqua / Water Time
The participating boat or water provider performs the service. Bliss Reservations may coordinate the reservation. Luxus records and displays eligible time.
Driver Time
The participating transportation provider performs the service. Bliss Reservations may coordinate the booking. Luxus records and displays eligible time.
Gastro / Dining / Chef Benefits
The participating restaurant, chef or culinary provider performs the service. Bliss Reservations may coordinate the reservation. Luxus records and displays the eligible entitlement.
III. The Circle
The Circle is the member and program environment. It is not a separate corporation. It has two principal sides: Build Your Circle and Enter Your Circle.

The acquisition and expansion side. Build the City Card with eligible rights, credits, time and services, or access Gods Galaxy Game levels.
Enter Your Circle
The management side. Work with eligible rights, credits and time already connected to the member's account through Use, Rent, Trade and Exchange.

VII. Participating Properties and Vacation Inventory
Participating property owners retain legal ownership of the underlying real estate unless a separate legal transaction expressly provides otherwise.
Participating owners may commit identified vacation inventory to Bliss Promotor under a Property Participation Agreement and any additional legal structure required for the applicable property.
Bliss Promotor administers the vacation inventory committed to the program according to the applicable property, program and customer documentation.

MEMBER = ACQUIRES THE VACATION RIGHT DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT
A private participation agreement does not replace any additional deed, fiduciary, registration, property-affectation or other formal requirement that may apply under Colombian law to a particular property or vacation program.
VIII. What the Customer May Acquire
Limited-Term Vacation Right
Contractual vacation-use rights connected to the property, community, week, period or inventory described in the customer's agreement.
Bliss Flex
Flexible vacation-use days rather than a fixed annual week, subject to inventory, availability and the applicable agreement.
Bliss Coin Credits
Phase 1 internal credits issued/administered by Limitless for eligible uses within Gods Galaxy Game and participating services.
Permanent Real Estate
Separate permanent-property transaction handled independently through ENP Luxury Homes S.A.S.
Limited-Term Vacation Right
The Limited-Term Vacation Right gives the customer the contractual vacation-use rights specifically described in the applicable agreement.
It may relate to a defined property, participating community, week, vacation period or other identified inventory.
The right applies for the term stated in the customer's contract and may be offered for terms of up to five years.
The vacation right does not automatically transfer title to the underlying real property.
Expiration
When the stated contractual term ends, the vacation right ends unless the customer enters into a new or renewal agreement.
Expiration does not automatically create a right to repayment of the original purchase price, residual equity or ownership of the property.
Bliss Flex
Bliss Flex provides between one and seven flexible vacation-use days for a one-year term.
Additional years are separately purchased. Longer terms of up to five years may be offered with applicable discounts.
Use remains subject to participating inventory, availability, blackout dates, reservation procedures, applicable property restrictions and the customer's Bliss Flex agreement.
IX. Bliss Coin Credits
Limitless issues and administers the Phase 1 Bliss Coin Credits program.
Bliss Coin Credits may be used within Gods Galaxy Game and eligible participating connected services according to applicable program rules.
Luxus records and displays eligible Bliss Coin Credit balances through the City Card.
A participating service such as Bliss Reservations may accept eligible Bliss Coin Credits without becoming the issuer or administrator of those credits.

XII. Consumer Information and Contractual Rights
Before a customer completes a legally significant transaction, the applicable customer, reservation, promotional or provider documentation must identify the material conditions of that transaction.
Depending on the transaction, those conditions may include:
- responsible contracting company;
- actual service provider;
- product or vacation right acquired;
- property or inventory;
- quantity and duration;
- applicable dates;
- price;
- taxes and charges;
- payment terms;
- reservation requirements;
- availability restrictions;
- maintenance or administration obligations;
- rental rules;
- trade rules;
- exchange rules;
- promotional requirements;
- cancellation rights;
- statutory retract rights where applicable;
- claims and PQR procedures; and
- the agreement governing the transaction.
Statutory Retract
Where a vacation-program transaction is subject to Colombia's statutory timeshare retract provisions, the applicable agreement and transaction documents must identify that right and the legally applicable process and period for exercising it.
Reservations, rentals, promotional benefits and other services may have different cancellation provisions according to their individual terms and applicable law.
XIII. Permanent Real Estate Is Separate
A vacation-use transaction is different from the purchase of permanent real property.
A customer interested in buying or selling permanent real estate may be referred separately to ENP Luxury Homes S.A.S.
Permanent real estate is separate from Limited-Term Vacation Rights, Bliss Flex, Property Time, Bliss Coin Credits, Reservations, Experiences, rental activity, Trade and Exchange.
XIV. Final Legal Principles
The participating property owner retains title to the underlying real estate unless a separate legal transaction provides otherwise.
Bliss Promotor structures, commercializes and administers the applicable contractual vacation-use right.
Luxus provides the technology used to record and display authorized member rights, credits, balances and activity.
Bliss Reservations handles eligible individual accommodation reservations and approved member rental bookings.
Bliss OPC manages qualifying presentation-linked promotional benefits. Bliss Promotor separately handles the vacation-right sale.
Limitless issues and administers Phase 1 Bliss Coin Credits. Luxus may display them and participating services may accept them without becoming the issuer.
The applicable contract and transaction-specific terms determine the legal rights and obligations applicable to each transaction to the extent permitted by law.
This How It Works disclosure explains the general Phase 1 structure of Bliss Private Access. It does not replace the customer's purchase agreement, participating-property documents, program regulations, reservation terms, rental terms, exchange rules, promotional terms, provider agreements, privacy authorizations, payment terms or other transaction-specific documentation. The applicable binding documents govern each transaction to the extent permitted by law.
