The existing Limitless system describes Gods Galaxy Game as a centralized system connecting users with marketing exposure, business opportunities, travel benefits, gifting pathways and strategic growth opportunities.

The Platform contains multiple sections and experiences. Not every business, profile, service, opportunity, property or provider displayed on Gods Galaxy Game is owned or operated by Limitless.

2. Platform Structure

Gods Galaxy Game may include, among other things:

• free and paid membership levels;
• Astro-related experiences;
• destination and travel discovery;
• Explore Medellín;
• travel recommendations;
• accommodations;
• restaurants;
• entertainment;
• local experiences;
• transportation;
• private drivers;
• concierge-related services;
• translation;
• local guides;
• security support;
• VIP support;
• Reservations;
• Discounts;
• Gift;
• gifting or support of selected profiles;
• Business Growth;
• Artist profiles;
• Athlete profiles;
• Entrepreneur profiles;
• business marketing;
• business brokerage;
• Request My Service;
• Connect;
• sponsorship opportunities;
• Dream Engine;
• business or investment-interest inquiries;
• real-estate connections;

The current Travel functionality includes Private Driver, Concierge, Translator, Local Guide, Nightlife Help, Reservations, Security Support and VIP Custom Support.

Names, designs, levels and individual sections may be reorganized, renamed or updated without changing the overall applicability of these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some Gods Galaxy Game features may require a user account.

Users agree to:

• keep account information reasonably current;
• protect passwords and login credentials;
• not knowingly permit unauthorized persons to use their account;
• notify Limitless if unauthorized access is suspected.

Users are responsible for activity conducted through their account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Some Gods Galaxy Game features may be free while others require payment.

Before charging a user, the Platform should identify the applicable price or direct the user to a checkout where the price is displayed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a price charged by Limitless does not include unrelated third-party charges.

A purchase from Limitless is subject to the refund or cancellation conditions displayed for that Limitless product at the time of purchase.

A purchase, reservation or service supplied by an independent provider may be subject to that provider's own:

Limitless does not automatically control an independent provider's refund decisions.

Where a transaction is processed through another booking or checkout provider, the rules shown by that provider may also apply.

The current system supports discount inventory across categories such as Hotels, Restaurants, Spa and Work Formation, with individual business offers and external checkout/action URLs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Limitless is promoting or facilitating access to the offer;
• the participating business provides the underlying product or service;
• availability is not guaranteed;
• the provider determines whether eligibility conditions have been satisfied;
• the provider is responsible for fulfilling its offer.

Discounts may expire, change or become unavailable.

10. Gift

Gods Galaxy Game may allow users to purchase or select gifts, experiences or benefits for another person.

Gift listings may contain:

• gift descriptions;
• prices;
• recipient messages;
• participating businesses;
• checkout links;
• redemption information.

The actual Gift inventory system supports a gift name, description, price, checkout URL and recipient message or notes.

A Gift is subject to the availability, restrictions, expiration conditions or redemption requirements disclosed for that Gift.

Users providing another person's information for delivery or redemption are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information.

11. Profile Support Gifts

Certain Artists, Athletes, Entrepreneurs or other selected profiles may allow users to send a small Gift or other support.

The existing platform can present $1, $2, $3 or Custom Gift options for participating profiles.

A support Gift is not automatically:

• a purchase of ownership;
• an investment;
• a loan;
• a security;
• an entitlement to profits;
• a charitable tax deduction.

Unless a specific transaction expressly states otherwise in separate legally applicable documents, a Gift is simply voluntary support.

12. Charitable or Community Initiatives

Gods Galaxy Game may display campaigns intended to support individuals, communities, sustainability projects, nonprofit organizations or other causes.

Where Limitless links to an independent charitable organization or donation processor, the contribution may be made directly through that organization rather than to Limitless.

Unless expressly stated and legally authorized, Limitless does not represent that a payment is tax-deductible.

Users should rely on the receiving organization's documentation for tax treatment and charitable status.

The Platform's current sustainability functionality also anticipates configurable donation and community-report pathways.

13. Business Growth / Digital Album

The Business Growth area may present profiles of:

The experience may function in an album or collectible-profile format.

A profile may contain:

• story;
• photographs;
• videos;

• achievements;

• sponsorship opportunities;
• business-growth opportunities.

The current Business Growth Album includes Request, Connect, Invest and Sponsor interaction points.

Collectible-style graphics, rarity labels, stars, crowns, VIP indicators or similar game elements do not, by themselves, represent monetary value, ownership, securities, legal status or guaranteed rewards unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Request My Service

Participating profiles may permit users to submit requests.

The current system can offer:

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• acceptance;
• availability;
• performance;
